Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a 2-5 years experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with paralegal support.Handle all litigation phases including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.Communicate and negotiate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.Oversee settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and related parties.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.Qualifications2-5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required.Active Texas Bar license required.Strong experience in depositions, mediations, and trial work.Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary depending on experience.Additional performance-based bonus opportunities.Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.401(k) plan with employer match.Paid time off, holidays, and long-term career growth opportunities.
