You'll be responsible for overseeing each case from filing through discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial when necessary. This role is best suited for attorneys with 2-5 years of personal injury experience who are looking to take the next step in their career.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with the support of a dedicated paralegal team.Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies and further your legal skills.Requirements2-5 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney.Licensed to practice law in Texas Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work.Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload efficiently.Compensation And BenefitsStarts at a base salary of $150,000, depending on experience, with additional performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k with match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for growth and development within the firm.In officeSalaey: $100k - 170k annually
