EHS/Facilities Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing - CT

The company supports professional development and encourages a proactive approach to problem-solving.Job DescriptionLead EHS and facilities teams, ensuring effective oversight of personnel and contractors.Develop and manage safety programs, regulatory compliance procedures, and internal audits.Conduct risk assessments, incident reviews, and workplace hazard evaluations.Oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvement projects.Manage regulatory relationships and coordinate required inspections.Drive emergency preparedness, sustainability initiatives, and safety culture programs.Maintain documentation, budgets, and facility operations metrics.Support Lean management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
