Job Description Champion and lead of process safety excellence across our operations, embedding a strong safety culture through targeted training, field engagement, structured risk assessments and analysis, and leadership coaching. A dynamic communicator with deep process safety / risk assessment technical knowledge.Qualification & ExperienceEngineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent)10+ years of relevant industry experienceKnowledgeable in Petrochem industry & Regulatory requirementsMust have lead / facilitated risk assessments using HAZOP, scenario based risk assessments, bow-tie analysis, or other methodologiesPreferred competency in consequence modelling tools (e.g. Phast)Key responsibilities are to facilitate risk assessments, HAZOPs, process safety studies, development and delivery of training, and other risk & process safety duties as required.This position is not to lead OSHA PSM program development or implementation.
