This opportunity is with a well-established practice focused on providing accessible, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.Salary and Benefits Hourly Pay: $43 - $48 (based on experience) Schedule: Standard 4-day work week Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm or Monday Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO in years one and two, increasing to 4 weeks after year two, with further increases after year four 8 Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage Full support staff Continuing Education No nights, no weekends Responsibilities Provide preventive dental hygiene care with thorough cleanings and patient education Collaborate with dentists and the oral health team to ensure excellent patient outcomes Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies Perform intra and extra oral exams, take radiographs, and provide prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing as needed Confer with the treating dentist and make referrals to specialists when appropriate Assist in setting up and breaking down treatment rooms between patients and perform assigned lab tasks Support administrative duties as needed answering phones, scheduling patients, and assisting during emergency visits Requirements Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Massachusetts Associate s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited school Current CPR certification Proficiency in Dentrix or other dental software New graduates welcome About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
