Operating with a high-volume inventory and drop shipping model, we support customers across the U.S. through efficient order management and dedicated service.We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our back-end operations and help our leadership focus on expansion. This role is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dependable, remote environment and understands the nuances of e-commerce operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and organize the purchasing inbox, prioritize supplier communications, and accurately enter invoices into QuickBooks OnlineEntering shipment tracking into the FlxPoint system, ensure customer orders are updated efficiently, and monitor workflows to reduce shipping delaysProcessing customer returns, issue refunds through the credit card terminal, create store credits, and ensure all transactions are properly tracked for accountingCommunicating professionally with vendors and customers while collaborating with internal leadership via Microsoft TeamsMust-Have Requirements3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, fulfillment, or administrative operationsStrong experience with QuickBooks Online (highly preferred)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and learn new software systems quicklyReliable internet connection and a professional remote work setupConsistency and accuracy when handling repetitive operational tasksNice-to-Have RequirementsExperience in the automotive, motorsports, or powersports industriesFamiliarity with inventory management systems (e.g., FlxPoint)Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skillsA passion for motorsports or automotive cultureWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team where your work has a direct impact on our growth.
