Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Hybrid)Overview:A well-established mid-sized litigation practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate with strong writing skills and experience in civil defense work. This role offers exposure to a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, professional and medical malpractice, product liability, transportation law, premises liability, insurance coverage, and appellate cases.This position follows a hybrid work model, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities from the start, including drafting motions and pleadings, attending court proceedings, conducting depositions, and supporting trial preparation. Salary range: $100,000–$165,000, depending on experience.
