The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Daily tasks include handling family and matrimonial law cases, drafting legal documents and correspondence, analyzing discovery documents and representing clients in court as needed. QualificationsStrong writing and research skillsExcellent Negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work collaborativelyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the New York State BarMust have experience handling matrimonial and/or family court matters.
