The ideal candidate will have a passion for plaintiff-side advocacy, strong litigation skills, and a commitment to client-centered representation. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work collaboratively with seasoned trial attorneys, and contribute to the firm’s continued success across multiple California offices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake through trialConduct client interviews and develop case strategyDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demandsHandle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsNegotiate settlements with insurers and defense counselQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive California State Bar license3+ years of personal injury litigation experienceStrong knowledge of California civil procedure and PI lawExcellent written, oral, and negotiation skillsSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $270,000 annually.
