What You'll Do• Build services that help customers protect their data and create add-ons that provide actionable insights for IT administrators• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend technologies• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs• Debug and resolve customer issues by querying databases, analyzing logs, and tracing job lifecycles• Fix bugs across the full stack - frontend (React), backend (PHP, TypeScript, Go)• Build new cloud service integrations following existing patterns• Monitor production systems using dashboards and observability tools• Collaborate with QA team on test strategies, bug fixes, and regression testing• Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentRequired Skills• React.js - Component-based architecture, hooks, state management• TypeScript / Node.js - Async programming, dependency injection patterns• GraphQL - Schema design, queries, mutations, API integration• PHP - Strong OOP fundamentals, understanding of modern PHP features• SQL / PostgreSQL - Writing queries with JOINs, aggregations, subqueries; understanding indexes• REST APIs and JSON - Consuming APIs via HTTP clients, working with JSON data structures• AWS (Amplify, Cognito) - Authentication, authorization, and frontend hosting• AWS fundamentals - Understanding of object storage, message queues, and containers• Caching and NoSQL - Redis, DynamoDB, key-value patterns, TTLs• Git, Linux and Docker - Version control, command line, containerizationNice to Have• Go - Concurrency patterns, structs, interfaces• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Graph APIs• OAuth and service account authentication• Message queue architecture and producer-consumer patterns• Observability tools - log querying, monitoring dashboards, metrics• Understanding of software QA methodologies, test plans, and regression testing• Backup/restore concepts - incremental backups, snapshots, retention policies• Experience with AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Claude CodeImportant: We do not provide visa sponsorship.
