The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures timely delivery, optimizes supply conditions, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction through effective coordination and operational execution. Additionally, the company provides excellent Benefits and Semi-Annual Bonus opportunity.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:Managedelivery schedules for aviation parts and ensure seamless and on-time delivery to customers Act as an intermediary between vendors and customers to optimize supply conditions and improve customer satisfaction Prepare and present quotations to customers Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimize delays and disruptionsAnalyze customer requirements and place purchase orders with vendors Negotiate pricing and supply terms with vendors as needed Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery timelines Coordinate optimal transportation methods, balancing cost efficiency and delivery speed Perform daily operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures Maintain accurate data entry and generate reports as requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B customer service, coordination, logistics, or supply chain.
