Outbound Supervisor (B Shift)

As the Outbound Supervisor at Arvato, your primary objective will be to ensure the timely completion of orders, aligning with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with Wave Panning, you'll manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. YOUR TASKS* Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.* Ensure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements.* Work with the control tower on labor management and priority of orders. You will oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.* Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.* Receiving of materials.* Transferring of materials.* Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking, packing, and shipping departments.* Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.* Performance management of all employees (KPI's).* Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.* Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.* Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.* Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel, as it relates to WMS reporting.* Ensure that shift-end specific procedures with all shipping systems are completed, and floor end-of-shift close-out out are followed.* Work schedule: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm EST - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 6:00 am - 2:30 pm every other Saturday, some overtime requiredYOUR PROFILE* 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.* Bachelor's Degree is preferred.* 3 years in an SAP and /or WMS environment.* Experience with inventory research.WE OFFER* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.* 401(k) with company matching up to 6%.* Paid Time Off, including paid holidays.* Flexible Spending Accounts.* Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.* Employee Assistance Program.* Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.* Commuter benefits.* Employee engagement activities.EOE Protected Veterans/Disability
