We focus on student housing and are committed to elevating the daily living experience through disciplined design and construction execution. We are vertically integrated across development, construction, and property management under one roof. We use technology to plan, schedule, document, and refine our builds. We track performance. We analyze maintenance data. We build systems, not just projects. Our construction division is expanding rapidly as we scale from 300 beds to 3,000 beds over the next 3–5 years.
