We are a collaborative engineering firm that builds at scale.We are hiring the operator who will drive our next chapter of growth.The RoleYou will be accountable for top-line expansion across the business. That means deepening our footprint inside existing semiconductor and medical device accounts, opening new verticals where our capabilities translate, and converting RFQs into multi-year programs with our engineering team.You will sit at the intersection of customer, engineer, and manufacturing floor. You will operate with full autonomy and work directly with engineering and leadership. You will be measured on revenue, margin, and the quality of the programs you bring through the door.What You Will OwnAccount expansion. Identify every adjacent program and subsystem inside our existing customer base where BluePoint should be the partner of record. Build relationships from engineering benches up through procurement. Turn one program into five.Technical deal leadership. Take in RFQs, work shoulder to shoulder with our engineers on feasibility and pricing, and drive the deal from first conversation through PO.Commercial discipline. Own pricing posture, margin, and contract structure on the deals you run. Build cost models with engineering. Negotiate terms that hold up across long production runs.Customer intimacy. Spend time in customer facilities. Understand their roadmaps before they publish them. Position BluePoint as the partner who sees around corners.Voice of the customer. Bring real signal back into engineering, operations, and supply chain. Influence what we invest in and where we add capability.Who We Are HiringYou are part hunter, part engineer, part operator. You read a datasheet and a P&L with equal fluency. You have closed technical deals where the buyer is an engineer, not a procurement officer.You build pipeline without being asked. You move fast, write clearly, and walk customer floors as an advisor. You have a point of view on pricing, margin, and what a healthy book of business looks like.Background in semiconductor capital equipment, medical device OEM, aerospace and defense, industrial automation, robotics, or adjacent fields is a strong fit.Qualifications5 to 10 years driving revenue in technical B2B environments, selling into engineering and operations buyers at OEMsTrack record of building business from cold start, not just managing inherited accountsFluency with electromechanical systems, embedded controls, power electronics, industrial computing, or similar hardwareWorking command of cost modeling, BOM economics, NRE pricing, and long-cycle contractsExperience inside a manufacturing or engineering services environment strongly preferredEngineering degree or equivalent technical depth earned in the fieldWillingness to travel to customer sites and tradeshows; based in or relocating to the Bay AreaUS person status required for certain customer programsCompensation and UpsideBase calibrated to skill set.
