Prepare, set up, and serve food. Ensure compliance with the requirements of federal, state, and local agencies, as well as internal standards, for the food program. Prepare federal, state, and local reports on food service activities. Receive cash payments: balance and close cash drawers or registers. Process incoming goods (including capital equipment) from vendors. May include maintaining a warehouse or stockroom. Compile and compute payroll for salaried staff, temporary and hourly workers, and teachers. Control, review, verify, observe, and manage the work of people reporting directly to you. Monitor and evaluate the performance of your employees. Conduct career counseling. Maintain and control records. Includes logs, cost, personnel, rosters, and general records. The successful candidate will be required to lift, pull, and push at least 5 lbs.
