The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment; differentiates instruction to meet diverse student needs; monitors student progress; and communicates effectively with students, families, and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that supports all learnersCreate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student successDifferentiate instruction and provide targeted support for individual and small groupsAssess student learning regularly and adjust instruction based on dataMaintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performanceFoster strong communication and partnerships with familiesSupport student behavior in alignment with district expectationsCollaborate with colleagues, specialists, and support staffParticipate in team meetings, professional learning, and district initiativesSupervise students in classrooms and other school settings as needed Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the Principal or District Administration QualificationsValid Ohio teaching license appropriate for elementary grade levelsBachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master's preferred)Strong understanding of instructional best practices and differentiated learningAbility to use data to inform instruction and support student growthEffective communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to continuous professional growth Work Environment & ExpectationsUse of standard instructional and technology toolsParticipation in professional development and required meetingsOccasional travel between district buildings or for professional learningValegaPepsny - transfer
