Senior Paralegal/Contracts Manager

Our Legal team plays a critical role in enabling business growth while safeguarding interests of the enterprise, and we are seeking a Senior Paralegal / Contract Manager to join our team. We are looking to start this position at $80,000 annually or more based on experience.The RoleThe ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in leveraging technology to optimize day-to-day operations. You will bring your experience to improve current processes including the selection, implementation, and administration of a CLM system. You will be the contract lead for the entire CLM process. As a leader you will resolve urgent issues and strengthen our contracting processes. This position also involves being part of the hands-on review and negotiation of a high volume of contracts, including direct counterparty negotiations, as needed, to facilitate successful business outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced senior paralegal with contract management experience or a senior level contract manager.
