The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and enhancing the efficiency, safety, and throughput of the company's operational groups, including production, scheduling, procurement, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain. This role demands a strategic leader with a focus on continuous improvement, a culture of safety, and a commitment to aligning a dedicated team with processes and strategy. The VP of Operations will be empowered to think outside the box and will play a key role in shaping the company's culture, with a strong emphasis on people development, talent management, and organizational strength.Candidates for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in business preferred, and at least 10 years of senior-level executive leadership experience in food manufacturing, industrial food supply, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in creating sustainable businesses, improving KPIs, and driving plant efficiencies. Key personal attributes include being an energizer within the organization, business-savvy, and having a strong leadership presence. The role requires a visionary leader who is a champion of continuous improvement processes and people, and who is adept at driving strategic and financial alignment.
