As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team and drive revenue growth.Position Overview: The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within Plutus Health Inc. This C-suite executive will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare or RCM industry. Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Growth Strategy:- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.- Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture additional market share.- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and business development activities.2. Sales Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.- Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.3. Market Expansion:- Identify and evaluate new market segments and customer needs.- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness.4. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.- Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.5. Revenue Operations:- Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies.- Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.- Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth.6. Data-Driven Decision Making:- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize revenue-generating activities.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance and opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the healthcare or RCM industry.- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
