Principal, Integrated Program Planner - Aero Cart PP&I SME - Level 6Join the Aero PP&I Central Analysis Reporting & Training (CART) Team! We are seeking a highly experienced Principal SME in Program Planning and Integration (PP&I) to drive excellence across our programs, with a focus on supporting the Aero initiative, APEX, which aims to drive continuous improvement and establish a Growth Mindset culture. You will possess extensive knowledge in program planning, EVMS, and scheduling tools, (i.e. MS Project, Open Plan), as well as expertise with other tools that integrate with scheduling tools, such as Cobra and Milestones Professional. Your knowledge will also include software tool and process implementation, resource loaded schedules, schedule risk assessments, IMS Performance Metrics, and other advanced planning and scheduling techniques.Additionally, you will be familiar with Industry, Aero, and LM corporate planning policies, procedures, and best practices. In this role, you will develop and implement solutions to complex planning and scheduling issues, using advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques. You will identify and mitigate risks, and make decisions on planning and scheduling approaches, considering program risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. As a liaison between Aeronautics Central Team and LOB Senior Planning SMEs, you will facilitate knowledge sharing and drive process improvements, and communicate planning and scheduling requirements and best practices to program management, engineering, and other stakeholders.You will work independently with minimal supervision to achieve program planning and scheduling excellence, enabling LOB programs to deliver successful outcomes.Must be a US Citizen. Must obtain a Secret Clearance as part of employment, but no clearance is required to start. This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities.Note: Employee will be able to telecommute.
