Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration: Expected salary range of $33.92hr to $41.46hr, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Sr. Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration: Expected salary range of $39.01 to $47.75, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of PositionPerforms a wide range of HVAC/Refrigeration services for Commercial customers and promotes the sale of all other services. Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation requirements.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and inventory management.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Minimum Qualifications: Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration High school diploma or equivalent3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repairAll required State licensingEPA certification for handling refrigerantsDemonstrated advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical componentsProven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environmentsProven ability to lead and mentor othersDemonstrated excellent critical thinking skillsEffective communication skillsProven customer service skillsMust possess a valid state driver's license and have reliable personal transportation Minimum Qualifications: Sr. Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration High school diploma or equivalent5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repairState Journeyman HVAC licenseEPA certification for handling refrigerantsDemonstrated advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical componentsProven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environmentsEffective communication skillsProven customer service skillsDemonstrated excellent critical thinking skillsProven ability to lead and mentor othersMust possess a valid state driver&rsquos license and have reliable personal transportation Preferred QualificationsCompletion of a technical school or apprenticeship program
