Join us to build the future.Your ImpactAs a Power Service Technician, you will play a key role in the safe startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission‑critical power systems across the country. Your expertise ensures optimal system performance in environments where downtime is not an option, directly enabling our ability to scale and meet customer demands. A strong electrical background and technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite startups and commissioning support for PDUs, RPPs, switchboards, and electrical distribution equipmentExecute electrical testing, verify system settings, and validate proper installation with construction and project teamsDiagnose field issues, complete warranty repairs, and document service activity clearly and professionallySupport rotating on-call emergency service and stabilize critical equipment during outagesFollow OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards while working in active construction and energized environmentsAssist engineering and production teams during factory weeks with testing, product validation, and continuous improvementQualifications3–7 years working with low-voltage electrical distribution equipmentStrong knowledge of 3-phase systems, grounding, protective devices, and control wiringAbility to troubleshoot energized and de-energized systems safelyExperience reading schematics, one-lines, and wiring diagramsComfortable working in data centers or other mission-critical environmentsStrong communication and documentation skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding field environmentsPreferred: UL891 / UL508A / UL67 equipment experience, OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, or manufacturer certificationsBenefitsPaid time off401(k) retirement plan with company matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceCollaborative, high-energy workplaceOur Core ValuesSafety - We proactively protect our people and environmentInclusion - We respect and appreciate diverse perspectives and backgroundsSpeed - We move fast, act decisively, and stay agileInnovation - We challenge assumptions and simplify processesJudgment - We make sound decisions with the business in mindAccountability - We take ownership and deliver resultsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentEmployees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.Employees must access restricted areas and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing and accurate color identification are required.
