Electrical Test TechnicianDirect HireRichmond, VAStarting Salary: $28-$29.50/hr + Quarterly Bonuses (Optional Overtime at X1.5 pay also available)1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm)2nd Shift (3:00pm–11:30pm)We’re hiring Electrical Test Technicians to test and troubleshoot medium- and low-voltage power distribution equipment (PDUs, switchgear, static switches, and more) on the manufacturing floor.Key Responsibilities:Perform electrical testing using multimeters, hi-pot testers, and other toolsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagramsDocument test data using standard software (Excel, Word, Modbus Poll, etc.)Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve test issuesMaintain a clean, safe test area and follow electrical safety protocols (NFPA 70E, NEC)What We’re Looking For:Experience testing electrical equipment in a manufacturing or military settingStrong ability to read schematics and follow test proceduresComfortable using hand tools and test equipmentFamiliarity with 3-phase, AC/DC systems, and power distribution conceptsWillingness to work overtime/weekends as neededPreferred:Technical degree or military training in electronics/electrical systemsExperience with data center or mission-critical power equipmentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
