The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing movement while building structure and efficiency behind the scenes.About the Job:Act as a true "gatekeeper" and right hand to the founder; manage complex calendar scheduling, inbox organization, and daily priorities across both business and personal commitmentsHandle phone calls and communications with professionalism; screen and prioritize incoming requestsCoordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with logistics, including airport transportation and itinerariesSupport event planning and execution, including logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground assistance as neededAssist with project coordination and help document and refine internal processes and methodologiesManage data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsRun local errands and provide personal support, including light office/home organization and coordinationBuild strong working relationships and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholdersRemain flexible and responsive to evolving needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentAvailability outside of standard hours as needed, within reasonPrimarily remote work environment, with approximately 25% in person required must be available to meet in person for a few hours each SundayCompetitive salary based on experience and discretionary bonus; health insuranceAbout You:2-5+ years of experience supporting an executive, entrepreneur, or small business owner (Executive/Personal Assistant experience preferred)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quicklyProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant directionStrong written and verbal communication skills; professional and resourceful problem solverHigh level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling confidential mattersComfortable supporting both business and personal tasks in a blended rolePassion for personal development, growth, and contributing to a purpose-driven mission is a strong plusReliable transportation and flexibility for local, in-person support
