We listen, we engage, and we do what we say - every time.We're looking for a Functional Consultant with technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.Experience with Replicon is highly preferred, alongside broader expertise with time tracking, expense, payroll, and workforce systems. This role combines business consulting with hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting.What You Will DoGather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities3+ years in a Functional/Technical Consultant role with WFM/HCM platformsReplicon experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processesTechnical skills with SQL, APIs/web services, and reporting toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsApplicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipWhy Join The Improvizations Team?
