This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, supporting system implementation lifecycle activities, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions. The position requires extensive experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within utility or construction portfolio/project management settings, and the ability to operate effectively in a senior, client-facing capacity.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support business analysis activities for complex enterprise system implementationsGather, document, and validate business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholder groupsDevelop and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTM) throughout project lifecycleFacilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, and deliverablesSupport Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system implementation efforts, including multiple full lifecycle deploymentsParticipate in vendor selection processes, including RFP development and evaluation supportCollaborate with technical teams to support system design, configuration, testing, and deploymentSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect trackingAssist with go-live planning, execution, and post-implementation supportAnalyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilitiesCoordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are metProvide documentation for system processes, requirements, and implementation proceduresServe as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport enterprise reporting, portfolio management, and system optimization initiativesJob RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementationsStrong experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system implementations (minimum of 3 preferred)Experience supporting full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, testing, and deploymentStrong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder managementExperience with RTM creation and maintenanceExperience supporting UAT planning and executionExperience participating in RFP and vendor selection processesStrong communication and stakeholder-facing skills, including engagement with senior-level stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in complex enterprise environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in utility industry environments, especially electric utilities, strongly preferredExperience in construction portfolio/project management environments is a strong plusBachelor's degree in a related field required (or equivalent experience as defined in senior-level BA roles)U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder requiredAbility to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours preferredWork Experience5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience requiredExtensive experience with enterprise system implementations requiredDemonstrated experience supporting PPM platforms strongly preferredExperience in utility or large-scale infrastructure environments preferredEducationBachelor's degree in a related field required #ZR
