Three plus years of related IT project experience, including data validation, migration, system integrations, and successful cutover preparation and execution. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Support the project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring project cutover and deployment from the legacy system to the new Time Tracking and Absence system. Coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders. Develop detailed, step-by-step/hour-by-hour checklists and schedules for the transition. Coordinate with functional, technical, change management, training teams, and other business stakeholders, managing risks during the cutover process through each go-live/implementation. Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and act as the central point of contact for issues during the transition. Verify data migration integrity and perform business readiness checks (Go/No-Go meetings). Provide regular status updates, including progress and risks, to project leadership and stakeholders. Escalate potential issues and risks. Monitor system stabilization and ensure a smooth handover to production support. Preferred Skills Strong organizational and time management skills.
