We help dealerships manage leads, desking, communications, automation, and reporting in one streamlined system.Position OverviewTechnical Specialist serves as the first point of contact for dealership staff using the voAIce and DealerCRM platform. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and workflow-related issues while ensuring accurate documentation and proper escalation when necessary. This role is a blend of technical support and account management.This is not a script-based help desk role.
