Sales Support Representative

We are hiring for a great client in Irvine, CA for a Sales Support Representative opportunity. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a fast-paced sales and customer operations team. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys helping internal teams and customers with urgency and accuracy. The Sales Support Representative will partner closely with field sales teams, internal departments, and customers to help ensure orders, contracts, and shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Review, process, and track sales agreements and related documentation with a high level of accuracyEnter and maintain customer, order, and account information within CRM and internal systemsCoordinate shipment requests and provide updates regarding order status and delivery timelinesRespond to customer and internal inquiries in a professional and timely mannerEscalate special requests or exceptions to leadership when neededSupport sales representatives with administrative tasks, reporting, and account follow-upWork cross-functionally with finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issuesAssist with additional projects and team initiatives as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related administrative support rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone and email etiquetteExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work additional hours during peak business periods when neededExperience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
