Build What Matters.Marolf Environmental is seeking a highly experienced Wastewater Electrical Superintendent to lead complex electrical operations across wastewater treatment facilities and environmental infrastructure projects.This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, understands large-scale electrical systems, and is passionate about delivering safe, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure that protects communities and the environment.What You’ll Do:Field Leadership & Execution:Lead all electrical construction activities on wastewater treatment and pump station projectsSupervise multiple crews, subcontractors, and foremenEnsure installation meets design specifications, codes, and environmental compliance standardsOversee commissioning, start-up, and system testing of electrical systemsCoordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics across job sitesProject Planning & Coordination:Work closely with Project Managers and engineers on execution strategyReview electrical drawings, schematics, and control systems (SCADA experience a plus)Develop look-ahead schedules and ensure milestone deliveryIdentify field challenges early and implement practical solutionsSafety & Compliance:Enforce OSHA standards and Marolf Environmental safety policiesLead safety meetings and site inspectionsEnsure strict compliance with environmental and electrical regulationsQuality & Documentation:Oversee QA/QC processes for all electrical installationsTrack progress, productivity, and field reportingSupport commissioning documentation and closeout packagesWhat We’re Looking For:Licensed Electrician 7+ years electrical construction experience, preferably wastewater, water treatment, or heavy civil infrastructureProven experience leading large field teamsStrong understanding of control systems, motor controls, and industrial electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret complex electrical and instrumentation drawingsOSHA compliance and safety leadership experienceWhat We Offer:From $60,000+ per annum (based on experience) + performance bonusHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & HolidaysLong-term career growth opportunitiesHigh-impact environmental infrastructure projectsStrong safety-first culture and leadership supportWhy Marolf Environmental?We don’t just build electrical systems - we power the infrastructure that protects water resources and supports growing communities.If you're ready to take the lead on mission-critical wastewater projects, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role.Apply today and build something that truly matters.
