Job Role: Wastewater Electrical ForemanDuration: Full TimeLocation: Tampa, FL (Onsite)Field Leadership:Lead daily electrical construction activities on wastewater treatment sitesSupervise electricians and apprentices in the fieldEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to codeCoordinate with Superintendent and Project Management teamsElectrical Installation & Execution:Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systemsWork on motors, pumps, control panels, and instrumentation systemsRead and execute plans from electrical drawings and schematicsEnsure accurate and high-quality workmanship in all installationsSafety & Quality Control:Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policiesConduct daily toolbox talks and site safety checksIdentify hazards and implement corrective actions immediatelyMaintain high standards of installation qualityCoordination & Reporting:Track daily progress and crew productivityCommunicate material and manpower needsSupport scheduling and milestone completionWhat We’re Looking For:Licensed Electrician3–6+ years electrical construction experienceIndustrial, wastewater, water treatment, or heavy civil experience preferredStrong ability to read electrical drawings and control schematicsLeadership experience supervising field crewsOSHA knowledge and strong safety mindset
