Position: Electrical Superintendent
Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000Responsibilities* Supervise daily electrical field operations and manage electrical crews
* Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
* Plan and execute electrical installation activities in accordance with project schedules
* Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
* Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and project requirements
* Enforce safety policies and conduct job-site safety meetings
* Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment usage
* Identify and resolve field issues, clashes, and design discrepancies
* Coordinate inspections with authorities, consultants, and clients
* Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress documentation
* Support project closeout, testing, and commissioning activitiesRequired Qualifications* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
* Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
* Thorough knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems
* Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
* Proven leadership and crew management skills
* Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications* OSHA or equivalent safety certification
* Experience with BIM coordination and construction scheduling
