Must perform functions to secure new account business, and service the needs of the existing sales accounts with an assigned market. Must meet standards set forth by the Team Leader, Area Sales Leader, and Director of Sales Operations.RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Sales by following established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targetsPre-work daily to prepare for next day calls to maximize sales and pursue sales leadsPersonally visit existing and new customers to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and servicesEstablish, develop, and maintain positive professional and customer relationshipsManage territory and service obligations to meet established revenue targetsDevelop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with managers, suppliers, and more experienced sales professionalsMerchandise and rotate product in the market to uphold product standardsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma/GED requiredHave valid Driver's license and must be 21 years of ageRequired to drive to multiple locations and maintain sufficient insurance. Must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulationsBeverage and consumer product sales experience preferredComputer skills, Microsoft office preferredVery outgoing along with strong self-directionWork with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitaskWORKING CONDITIONSMust be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variationsMust be to work flexible hours through the week and, sometimes weekendsWeek before and, during National Holidays are a must to workDress code is business casual; closed-toe shoes are suggested.
