Sales Representative

West End Gin is looking for a high-energy, on-premise-focused Sales Representative to build our presence across Atlanta’s top bars and restaurants.This is a field-driven role for someone who knows the local cocktail scene, thrives on opening doors, and can turn placements into lasting relationships and repeat business.What You’ll DoOpen new on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, cocktail programs)Secure menu placements, features, and back bar presenceBuild strong relationships with bartenders, bar managers, and buyersDrive brand visibility through tastings, staff trainings, and eventsPartner with distributor reps to execute in-marketHit monthly sales and placement targetsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in spirits/beer/wine or relevant CPG salesStrong network in the Atlanta bar scene (big plus)Proven ability to prospect and close new accountsDeep interest in cocktails and hospitality cultureSelf-starter with a “hunter” mindsetAbility to move seamlessly across Atlanta’s cultural scenes, from craft cocktail bars to high-energy nightlife and brunch cultureWhy West End GinOpportunity to build a brand in a key marketAutonomy + entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive base + performance incentivesIf you’re connected in Atlanta’s on-premise scene and want to help grow a premium gin brand, we’d love to hear from you.
