Develop and manage offline small-to-medium-sized channel customers in the Americas, including golf shops, local sports retailers, and consumer electronics stores; formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.2. Understand customer needs in depth and provide customized solutions; build and maintain long-term, stable client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.3. Conduct regular client visits, monitor market trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitive advantages.4. Coordinate internal resources to ensure product supply, logistics, and after-sales service meet customer needs and enhance overall customer experience.5. Analyze sales data regularly, provide market feedback, and assist in optimizing products and marketing strategies.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above; English as a working language; at least 1 year of experience in managing small-to-medium-sized channel clients in the Americas. Experience in golf or e-scooter industries is preferred.2. Existing network of offline channel clients is a strong plus; proven experience in building distribution channels and achieving profitability is highly preferred.3. Strong understanding of the North American market, with the ability to independently develop and manage channel clients.4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.5. Strong data analysis skills, capable of developing effective sales strategies based on insights.6. Team player with the ability to coordinate internal resources and ensure sales targets are achieved.
