Opportunity Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, initiating valuable conversations, and creating opportunities for our sales team. We are looking to hire someone who has a passion for helping others while teaming up with senior sales reps to create new business opportunities and ensure clients are excited about our services. From generating fresh leads to taking care of existing clients’ needs.As you hone your sales skills, there will be opportunities for growth and the ability to learn to close your own deals. You will not only become an expert in the industry but also in managing your own sales cycle from start to finish. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Eastern Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting efforts, including calling, emailing, and social selling to engage with potential customers in Latin America.Ask open-ended discovery questions leading to qualifying whether a genuine business opportunity exists, while at the same time guiding prospects through the initial stage of the buyer's journey"Collaborate closely with your assigned Account Executives and sales leadership to develop and execute effective engagement strategies.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solution.CRM Management – document and update leads, accounts and their related tasks and notes.We are in constant evolution and constantly updating and upgrading our processes and policies. As a result of that, new expectations might arise and become an inherent part of your core responsibilities.Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales roleFluent in English, Portuguese, and SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working the hours of 7AM - 4PM EST.Demonstrated experience in sales prospecting or a similar role, preferably in the Latin American market.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.A Team player.
