Superintendent Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries Maintain project schedule and safety program Meet or exceed client expectations Superintendent requirements: Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven Experience with restaurant or light commercial work required Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers Self-motivated and willing to travel Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges Effective in written and verbal communication skills. Superintendent compensation package includes: Competitive salaries with additional bonus potential.
