About The JobPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for commercial construction projects, including ground‑up and renovation work. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and coordination across multiple trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to contract documents.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily field operations for commercial construction projectsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspectionsEnforce jobsite safety plans and OSHA requirementsEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and project quality standardsConduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractorsTrack progress and report status to project managers and ownershipIdentify and resolve constructability issues proactivelyOversee punch‑list completion and final inspectionsQualifications7+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendentExperience with ground‑up and/or complex renovation projectsStrong understanding of commercial building systems and sequencingProficient in reading and interpreting construction documentsProven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tradesStrong leadership, communication, and documentation skillsOSHA 30 preferredValid driver's licensePreferred Project ExperienceOffice, retail, industrial, municipal, or mixed‑use projectsRestaurant constructionHistorical renovationExperience working with architects, engineers, and owner representativesFamiliarity with Procore or similar project management tools
