Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations from pre-construction through project completion. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards and client expectations.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Experience in fuel facility or petroleum construction is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage all daily field operations for commercial construction projects ✔ Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel ✔ Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards ✔ Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsites ✔ Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings ✔ Coordinate schedules, deliveries, inspections, and manpower requirements ✔ Review blueprints, RFIs, submittals, and change orders ✔ Track project progress and provide updates to project management teams ✔ Maintain daily reports and project documentation ✔ Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teamsRequired Qualifications:✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (Required) ✔ Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish ✔ Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices ✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents ✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety standards ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔ Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Ability to travel occasionally for short-term assignmentsPreferred Qualifications:⭐ Experience in fuel facility, petroleum, or convenience store construction ⭐ OSHA 30 Certification ⭐ Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Red Team Go, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms ⭐ CPR/First Aid Certification ⭐ Ground-up commercial construction experience ⭐ Bilingual skills are a plusCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive salary based on experience • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) • Health insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Retirement plan options • Career growth and advancement opportunities
