In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle β from first outreach to closing β helping sports facilities get discovered and thrive on the platform. If you love talking to people, enjoy a fast-paced sales environment, and want to make a real impact, this one's for you.π **Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct outbound prospecting to sports facilities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels- Schedule and deliver engaging product demos to facility owners and operators- Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close deals efficiently- Follow up consistently with leads post-demo to drive conversions- Manage and track your pipeline and deal progress using CRM tools- Collaborate closely with the sales and research teams, leveraging provided leads, scripts, and demo frameworksβ¨ **Requirements:**- Proven experience in outbound/cold sales (cold calling and cold emailing)- Confident and polished presenter, comfortable delivering live virtual demos (via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)- Friendly, patient, and energized by speaking with clients throughout the day- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits and attention to deal tracking- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable or similar tools)- A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently- Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal)π **Nice to Have Skills:**- Experience using Airtable as a CRM- Familiarity with the sports, recreation, or facility management industry- Access to an iPhone or iCloud account (some internal communication is conducted via iMessage)π **Why Join Us?**This is your chance to be part of a growing, mission-driven team that's reshaping how sports facilities connect with their communities.
