You are coming here to hunt, to close, and to own the market using Agentic AI and C-Level consultative selling.Your Mission (KPI Driven)Aggressive Hunting: Identify and close new clients. We don’t want passive farming; we want pure market expansion through active prospecting and AI-powered workflows.Real Pipeline Generation: Build a non-stop sales funnel. Your success is measured by the quality of your meetings and your closing speed.C-Level Networking: Navigate complex organizations to sit down with VPs of Engineering and CTOs. At Variacode, we talk to the budget owners.Consultative Selling & AI: Implement Social Selling and advanced Nurturing strategies. You must be an expert in tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and Lusha so that AI works for you in lead generation.Closing Complex Deals: Lead international negotiations where technical value and Return on Investment (ROI) are the main drivers.Why You Are a Fit Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of proven success closing deals in the USA, Canada, or Europe. If you have successfully sold staff augmentation or complex software projects, you have our attention.Active Book of Business: Having an existing portfolio of clients or a strong network of high-level contacts is a major plus and will be prioritized.Tech Mastery: It’s not enough to know how to use a CRM. You must be a digital native in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and, above all, have a deep curiosity for Agentic AI to automate your prospecting.Business English: Your English must be rock-solid to negotiate contracts with clients in San Francisco or London without blinking."Shark" Mindset: Obsessed with results, total autonomy, and the ability to work under the pressure of aggressive quotas.
