The successful candidate will be a visionary and operationally focused leader, responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies, managing the equipment lifecycle, and ensuring that inventory and rental metrics align with business goals. This role demands a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of dealership operations, particularly in the context of equipment inventory management. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing all new and used equipment purchases, rentals, and attachment inventory, as well as leading company-wide rental operations and establishing standardized inventory reporting and controls. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience in inventory, rental, or equipment operations, with a strong preference for those with a background in a construction equipment dealership. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing P&L related to inventory and rentals, strong business acumen, and the ability to analyze complex financial data to drive operational actions. Experience in equipment transport logistics and coordination is a plus.
