They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term contract with a hybrid work schedule in Irving, Texas, with a strong possibility of conversion to full time.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role requires a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who can work independently and take ownership of initiatives from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with AWS, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to write clear, detailed user stories that drive development and deliver business value.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals, scope, and outcomesFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business and functional requirementsWrite clear, complete, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile development and QA effortsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectivesAnalyze business problems and propose solutions aligned with digital and user experience strategiesCreate and maintain wireframes, process flows, and supporting documentationTrack and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with UX and UI designers to ensure cohesive digital experiencesLead or support User Acceptance Testing including test case development and defect trackingCommunicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadershipQUALIFICATIONS5–8 years of experience as a Business AnalystProven experience working with AWS and a handson technical backgroundProven experience writing highquality user stories and acceptance criteriaStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and driving tasks forward without constant supervisionConsulting background a plusExperience in Agile environments including Scrum or KanbanStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document complex business needsStrong reputation for creativity, flexibility, versatility, and problem solvingAbility and desire to learn and solve problems quickly in a fastpaced environmentBachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related fieldCertifications such as CBAP, PMIPBA, CSPO, or SAFe are a plusPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSComes from a technical background
