Information Security Engineer PAM/APSLocation: Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, Irving, TX (Hybrid - 3x/week) Contract Length: 12 months (Backfill) Pay Rate: $53/hour - $57/hour Role OverviewIn this contingent resource assignment, the Information Security Engineer will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Information Security Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning related to platform stability and operational resilience. This role provides technical engineering and operational support for the Automated Password Reset (APS) application built on the Bravura Password Manager platform. The position focuses on platform configuration, integration support, operational health, risk reduction, and audit readiness. This role is not a software development role. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical operational support for the APS platform and Bravura Password Manager. Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of APS integrations with enterprise credential systems, including Active Directory, Oracle, mainframe platforms, and non-AD systems. Assist with incident response and root cause analysis for APS-related production issues. Support platform upgrades, vendor patches, and post-upgrade stabilization activities. Perform environment validation and health checks across DEV, QA, and PROD environments. Support access, entitlement, and password-management workflows across integrated systems. Collaborate with software engineers, IAM architects, and service owners to ensure smooth development-to-operations handoffs. Participate in Agile ceremonies as a platform subject-matter expert. Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness artifacts. Required QualificationsExperience: 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, supporting moderately complex security platforms and operational environments. 35 years of experience with password or credential management technologies, including configuration, integration, and operational support. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with LDAP / Active Directory, SQL, and Python, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and take initiative. Preferred QualificationsExposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as Bravura Password Manager, CyberArk, or similar platforms. SailPoint familiarity is a plus. Experience in regulated industries, such as financial services or healthcare. Relevant certifications such as CISSP. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $53.00 and $57.00 per hour. The work location requirement is a hybrid schedule with a mandatory 3 days per week in the office.
