Supervisor E&I

Overview In this role you will lead the Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance team at Pinto Valley to sustain safe, reliable mine operations. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Capstone Copper’s safety standards. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Processing, and other departments to align maintenance with production goals. This is an impact role for improving equipment availability and supporting mine production in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
