Successful Rilleteers love powering the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies.Who We NeedAt Rillet, we are looking for an exceptional Partner Deployment Lead to build, own, and scale our partner implementation enablement motion. This role sits within Partnerships and exists to ensure our partners can successfully implement Rillet, troubleshoot issues independently, and become deeply fluent in the product.This is a high-impact role for someone who blends strong systems thinking, deep product curiosity, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-bar environment. You are motivated by becoming a true product expert, working inside real implementations, and unblocking partners through fast, accurate problem solving.You care less about presenting strategy and more about making things work. You enjoy getting into the weeds, understanding edge cases, and building repeatable enablement systems that help others succeed without ongoing dependency.We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.What You’ll DoEmbed with partners during early customer implementationsGuide partners through real configurations, workflows, and setups inside RilletSupport partners in diagnosing and resolving implementation and product issuesAccelerate partners to independent implementation capability within 30–90 daysDevelop deep, encyclopedic knowledge of Rillet’s product, workflows, and edge casesServe as a trusted product and troubleshooting resource for partner teamsCreate and maintain partner-facing implementation guides, checklists, and playbooksDocument common failure modes and turn them into scalable enablement assetsAssess partner readiness to run implementations independentlyProvide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on gaps and recurring issuesHelp refine the forward deployment model as partner volume and complexity growWho We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical enablement, systems consulting, or similar hands-on delivery rolesExperience supporting SaaS implementations or technical workflowsStrong systems thinker who enjoys debugging and root-cause analysisHigh product curiosity and ability to learn complex products quicklyComfortable working inside data, configurations, and integrationsClear, concise communicator who can explain complex behavior simplyHighly organized with strong ownership mentalitySelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong judgment and structured problem-solving approachMotivated to become a deep product expertStartup or high-growth technology environment exposure and Big 4 experience is idealAccounting experience is not requiredLife At RilletCompetitive Pay & Benefits: Backed by world-class investors, we offer strong salaries plus equity so you share in our success.
