Our technology enables seamless integration, real-time automation, and AI-powered decision-making.What We're Looking for:We’re looking for a Senior Deployment Engineer  to build the deployment foundation behind our enterprise platform. This role will own the systems, tooling, and standards that make customer deployments repeatable, secure, and scalable across environments. You’ll define how our platform gets deployed into customer infrastructure, build the reusable machinery behind those deployments, and enable Field Engineers to focus on customer-specific implementation rather than building deployment patterns from scratch. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role working closely with Field Engineering, Product, Security, and Delivery to turn customer deployment complexity into a standardized, low-toil operating model. What You’ll Do:Build and OperateOwn the deployment architecture for the platform across customer environments, including cloud, Kubernetes, networking, identity, secrets, observability, and upgrade patterns.Build and maintain the Terraform modules, Helm charts, deployment templates, and golden paths that standardize how the platform is deployed.Define multi-cloud deployment patterns across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with clear abstractions that support enterprise customer requirements without bespoke infrastructure work for every deployment.Create a deployment model that enables Field Engineers to handle the customer last mile through configuration and extension, rather than rebuilding infrastructure components from scratch.Establish strong standards for release management, cutovers, rollback strategies, environment promotion, validation, and post-deployment operability.Drive Standards and SecurityDrive a culture of low-toil deployment engineering through automation, strong defaults, self-service tooling, clear runbooks, and reduced manual operational burden.Partner with Security and Product to ensure deployments meet enterprise requirements for data residency, encryption, RBAC/least privilege, private networking, auditability, and upgrade safety.Define and implement the observability baseline for deployments, including metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and operational health checks.Improve and ScaleImprove platform operability by identifying recurring pain points in deployment and operations, and turning them into reusable product or platform capabilities.Partner closely with Field Engineering to translate lessons from real customer deployments into better templates, tooling, documentation, and standards.Build the internal deployment discipline over time, including processes, documentation, quality standards, and team capabilities. What You Bring:8-12+ years in platform engineering, deployment engineering, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or cloud architecture roles in high-growth B2B software environments.Deep hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and containerized platform deployment in production.Strong experience designing and operating multi-cloud architectures across at least two of AWS, GCP, and Azure.Proven ability to build reusable infrastructure abstractions and deployment patterns that reduce implementation variability and operational toil.Strong understanding of enterprise deployment requirements, including networking, private connectivity, identity, secrets management, compliance controls, and production readiness.Experience establishing reliable deployment practices including release workflows, rollback strategies, environment promotion, validation frameworks, and upgrade processes.Familiarity with observability and reliability engineering, including logs, metrics, traces, alerting, SLOs, and operational health standards.Strong software and automation skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Go, with the ability to build tooling that improves deployment velocity and consistency.A systems mindset: able to translate recurring deployment complexity into clear standards, templates, and automation.Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Field Engineering, Security, Product, and Delivery teams.Nice to Have: Experience supporting enterprise software deployed into customer-owned cloud or hybrid environments.Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI platform deployment patterns, including data pipelines, model/provider boundaries, and production controls around LLM-enabled systems.Experience building internal platform or deployment engineering functions from the ground up.Why Join Us: Own customer implementations behind a cutting-edge AI platform.Work on real enterprise deployments where technical depth, execution judgment, and product feedback all matter.Build the standards, tooling, and team that make enterprise AI real.Zero‑to‑one and scale: design the model, then scale it globally.Culture of Innovation: Work with top-tier engineers, product leaders, and sales executives in a collaborative environment.Top-Tier Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, flexible PTO, and more.Competitive Compensation: $190-250k base salary + long-term incentive scheme.Legal & Compliance Information:This role is based in New York, NY and requires work authorization in the U.S. We are an equal opportunity employer
