Backed by top-tier investors, they are scaling rapidly and hiring Deployment Strategists to lead customer rollouts and drive real-world adoption of their platform.This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and operations. The ideal person is highly execution-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys turning messy real-world workflows into scalable deployment processes.What You’ll Be DoingLead end-to-end deployments of the company’s AI platform across enterprise customersOwn implementation timelines, rollout coordination, testing, project plans, and customer communicationWork directly with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, operational pain points, and success metricsTranslate customer requirements into actionable product and technical deliverablesPartner closely with Product and Engineering teams to surface workflow gaps, feature requests, and improvement opportunitiesDrive adoption, expansion, and measurable customer outcomesBecome deeply embedded in customer operations and act as a trusted strategic partnerTravel to customer sites as neededIdeal BackgroundWe are specifically looking for candidates who bring either:Strong implementation / deployment / solutions experience in a customer-facing environment, ORA technical background such as Computer Science, Engineering, or hands-on technical experience working closely with software systemsMBB / top-tier consulting experience is highly valued, but candidates must also demonstrate strong operational execution, implementation ownership, or technical fluency.
