Job Description RCJ Welding and Fabrication is looking to hire motivated and experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our growing team. We are a structural and ornamental steel fabrication and installation company seeking hardworking individuals with strong welding and fabrication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to continue learning and growing within the trade.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operationsFabricate structural and ornamental steel componentsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements accuratelyOperate fabrication equipment and hand tools safelyAssist with field installation of steel, railings, stairs, and miscellaneous metalsMaintain quality workmanship and job site/shop safetyWork efficiently both independently and as part of a teamHelp maintain clean and organized work areasQualificationsExperience in welding and metal fabrication requiredAbility to read blueprints and layout projectsExperience with structural steel and ornamental fabrication preferredField installation experience is a plusStrong work ethic, hustle, and dependable attendanceAbility to lift heavy materials and work in shop and field environmentsWillingness to learn new skills and grow with the companyValid driver's license preferredWhat We're Looking ForWe want team members who take pride in their work, show up ready to work hard every day, and are motivated to improve their skills.
