Project Supervisor

Project SupervisorRenu Contracting & Restoration is a leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Duties & Responsibilities:Attend all job meetingsMEP coordinationCreate 2 week look a-heads for work forecast and provide to PMSchedule and direct subcontracts and on-site laborMaintain a safe job siteMaintain required postings, signage, warnings, barricades, first aid kits, fire extinguishersConduct, log, and track toolbox safety talksJob tracking to be done in ProcoreMaintain detailed daily reportsKeep PM up to date with project progress or delaysTake and maintain progress photosTransmit all project documentation to the officeKeep up-to-date binders of approved submittals and MSDS sheetsMaintain a conformed set of drawings and update them with addenda and SKs throughout the projectCreate accurate as-built drawings for closeoutsInform PM of potential cost savingsInform PM of all change ordersPerform authorized change ordersReview budgets with PM and note all impacts on costEstablish General Conditions budget with PM and manage and review costs with PM daily.Material Ordering – establish material needed and review with PM and order material list supplied by Project SupervisorOffer input to potential subcontractorsReview the work scopes of each subcontractorPress Architect and CM for timely punch listsComplete all punch list items within 2 weeks for receiptReview subcontracts and familiarize with the scope of workMinimize subcontractor change ordersMaintain subcontracts onsiteComplete as-built drawingsAssist PM in compiling required close-out documents for the jobEducation:Osha 10Osha 30CPR CertifiedSkills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines.Management and problem-solving skills.Experience:Prior Construction Supervisory Experience (2-3 years minimum).Company Benefits Include : 401k/Safe Harbor (3%)/Profit Sharing (2%)/Medical/Employer Funded HRA/Dental/Vision/Flex Spending/Employer Paid Life ($50k)/Voluntary Life/Pet Insurance and much more!Renu offers a great working environment, company culture, and growth opportunities.
